How can I apply for additional polices?

You can apply for additional insurance productsat any time by selecting the "Explore our other Products" icon on your Liferaft member dashboard.

• Accident Supplement: Accident Medical Expense (AME) insurance provides cash reimbursements for medical expenses that you or a family member may incur due to an accident.
• Critical Supplement: Critical Illness insurance pays a cash benefit should you or a covered spouse or child become diagnosed with a serious illness. The list of covered serious illness diagnoses depend on your chosen plan, but may include cancer, heart attack and stroke. 
• Hospital Supplement: Hospital Indemnity insurance provides fixed daily cash benefits should you or a covered family member require an unexpected hospitalization due to an accident or illness.
• Dental Insurance: Liferaft's Dental Plan provides coverage for dental expenses you or a family member may have, including preventive services such as dental exams and cleanings, basic services such as fillings, and major services such as oral surgery.
• Vision Insurance: Liferaft's Vision Plan provides coverage for eye health expenses you or a family member may have, including eye exams and fit and follow-up exams for contacts.
