Who can I submit an HRA claim for?
You can submit claims for qualifying medical expenses incurred by yourself, spouse, dependents, and children younger than 27 years of age at the end of the year who are enrolled in qualifying health insurance coverage.
You can submit a claim from your member dashboard by selecting "Start a Claim".

- Fill in the claim form & attach your Proof of Payment
- Submit
