How can I submit a policy claim? (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital)
You can download and submit your claim form on your Member Dashboard with the following steps:
- Log in to liferaft.co.
- Select "Start a Claim" on your policy card.
- Download a new claim form.
- Upload your completed claim form and supporting documents.
In order to avoid delays in processing your claim, please review the supporting documentation requirements on your claim form.
